Do you like salads and fresh well with different colors? Then maybe this light recipe can be what you wanted. It is a salad of beets, spinach and mushrooms, with a soft and delicious, dressing as well as the crunchy touch of toasted seeds. Don’t hesitate to try it.
Ingredients:
- A beets
- A bunch of fresh tender spinach
- 100 grams of fresh mushrooms (porcini mushrooms, portobellos, etc.)
- Two tablespoons toasted seeds
- A spoonful of mustard
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation:
Peel the beet and so in raw, grate it. Place it in the same font as the fresh mushrooms cut into thin slices and also clean and well tender spinach leaves, to consume raw. Now you will not have more than mix and prepare the dressing to garnish the salad: mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, a touch of salt and pepper.
