Eating egg is not recommendable on a diet, or in other aspects of life, but it would not be too many problems if you do so sparingly and occasionally. It is that, while it has fat (and not of the healthiest), an egg is about 80 calories only. For this reason, take one sometime, will not risk your diet.
What keep in mind when consuming egg, is that you do it with a healthy cooking method that does not add calories and more fat. The poached egg is an interesting alternative. It is prepared with water and vinegar, is made in three minutes and left with a good tasty consistency.
Ingredients:
- An egg
- 100 ml vinegar
- 900 ml water.
Preparation:
First, you should boil water with vinegar. Once you boil up and is in full swing, make a swirl in the water. Right in the middle of it swirl, cascade egg and carefully place it there. The idea is that the swirls will make clear wrap the yolk and adhere to it. Three minutes of boiling and ready to be enjoyed.
If you want an alternative version, you will no longer have to spray with vegetable spray a piece of plastic wrap, enough to wrap the egg. Place the egg there, tie a knot or tie it with kitchen string. The operations will be the same: three minutes in boiling water. Then take it off the plastic wrap and left with a perfect poached egg.
To eat so light, nothing like a thin slice of toasted bread on both sides and rubs lightly with a garlic clove. Place over some asparagus boiled and then sauteed in a pan with a little vegetable spray and soy sauce. Finally, place the poached egg on top, salt and pepper.
