Make potatoes rich, healthy, not fattening and not left as always is totally possible. Just follow the steps proposed in this recipe, where your diet to lose weight will not be affected and will have a great choice to eat this noble vegetable.
As it is known, it is not abuse if you don’t want to suffer the consequences. But at least you can afford the pleasure of eating potatoes so light from time to time.
- One large potato
- One tablespoon of mustard
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- One minced garlic clove
- Fresh Rosemary
- Vegetable Spray

Cut the potatoes into wedge, with its skin. That is, in about ten, twelve slices approximately. Pass them a few minutes in boiling water or simply by steam or microwave. This is to soften just a bit.
