Side rotations:
- On foot, with legs spread apart the width of the shoulders and the back straight.
- Takes both hands to your waist.
- Turn to the side and to the other, rotating back as far as you can, moving only the torso, without moving from the waist down.
- Repeat 10 times on each side.
Barbell exercises:
- The same position as the previous exercise.
- Take a bar with both hands and raise it above your head, extending the arms sideways, as much as you can.
- Turn to the side and to the other, as in the previous exercise.
- Repeat 10 times on each side.
Ring exercises:
- The same starting position as the previous exercise.
- Take a ring and put it up to your waist.
- Turn without stopping to prevent it from falling.
- Keep the movement as long as possible.
