Ingredients:

  • One cup of lentils previously soaked
  • Two cups of vegetable broth defatted
  • One onion
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Salt, pepper, cumin, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco type spicy (optional).

Preparation:
Chop the onion finely and helping with a little vegetable spray, fry slightly until it begins to brown. Add the lentils, which have to be soaked overnight for the next morning, stir and incorporates the broth. Cook for the required period of time until the lentils are tender.
