While purists will certainly will insist that the hamburgers are only of meat, it is also true that there are more and more variants to launch; many of it completely light. Ingredients:

  1. Two cups of chickpeas previously soaked of a night for the next morning
  2. Two cloves of garlic
  3. Chopped parsley
  4. An egg
  5. Required amount of breadcrumbs
  6. Salt and pepper.

Preparation:
