The red fruits are wonderful for health, as it has antioxidants, helps the kidneys, provide fiber and various nutrients that are never negligible. Blueberries, on time, are perfect for all these things. It is tasty as well, and can be included without problems in the diet to lose weight. Do you dare to try this delicious blueberry mousse? Ingredients:

  • One cup of blueberries
  • Two cups of yogurt 0% (vanilla or plain)
  • Two white eggs
  • One lemon juice
  • One heaping tablespoon of agar-agar
  • Stevia or sweetener allowed to taste.

Preparation:
Let macerate the blueberries with a little lemon juice and sweetener allowed in a container in the refrigerator, for at least two hours.
