Breakfast: 1 glass of grape juice with no added sugar.
Mid Morning: 1 cup of dandelion tea.
Lunch: 1 glass of carrot juice. Asparagus salad, broccoli, celery and tomato (add a handful of nuts and green or black olives). 1 cup of chamomile tea.
Snack: 1 cup of dandelion tea.
Dinner: 1 glass of grape juice. Arugula salad, lettuce, shredded carrots and grains of corn or sweet corn. 1 cup of chamomile tea.

Phase 2 or day 2

Breakfast/Snack: 100 cc. grape juice, plus 1/2 cup whole grapes.
Lunch: 1 cup of whole grapes, plus 1 bottle of 150 cc of grape juice.
Dinner: ¾ cups of whole grapes, plus 1 bottle of 100 cc of grape juice.

Phase 3 or day 3

Breakfast/ Snack: 1 cup of 150 cc. grape juice, plus 100 gm of whole grapes.
Lunch/ Dinner: 1 glass of 200 cc of grape juice, more than 150 grams of whole grapes.

Phase 4 or day 4

Breakfast: 1 cup of chamomile, lemon balm and star anise.
Mid Morning: 2 slices of pineapple or melon.
Lunch: 1 glass of carrot juice. Different types of lettuce salad, endive, cucumber and bean sprouts.
Dinner: 1 glass of grape juice. Tomato salad, grated carrot, celery and a handful of almonds and olives.

In all the phases you should only drink water (about 2 liters per day). This diet is very restrictive, especially on days 3 and 4 therefore, you should not hold it for longer.

If you like you can make this cure once a month. Also, grape cure can serve as starting a diet to lose weight in a balanced way. The grape cure will help to purify and prepare the body to begin with the diet to lose weight.
